When you can get a refund

A course is digital content that becomes available immediately after payment, so the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (you agree to this at payment). However, we voluntarily refund your money:

— within 14 days of payment, if you have not yet downloaded or opened any file of the course;

— at any time, if the materials do not open or do not match the description and we have not been able to fix it.

How to get a refund

Write to hello@pirnatbrows.com from the email address you paid with and tell us which course you are returning.

We refund the full amount to the same card through Stripe within 5 business days of your request. Depending on your bank, the money arrives within 5–10 days. After the refund, access to the course in your account is closed.
