Who processes the data

What data and why

Email address — to give you access to the course you bought, send you sign-in links and reply to your requests (performance of a contract).

Payment data (amount, date, Stripe payment ID) — to confirm the purchase, keep records and, if needed, issue a refund (contract and legal obligations). Card details are processed only by Stripe; we do not see them.

Download log (which file you opened and when) — to help if something does not download and to handle refund requests (legitimate interest).

Technical cookies — to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies from third-party services.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database, account sign-in and files; servers in the EU), the service that sends sign-in emails, and website hosting in the EU. If course materials are stored in Google Drive, Google’s terms apply when you open the link. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it and your rights

We keep purchase data for as long as you have access to the course and for as long as tax law requires. The download log is kept for up to 2 years.

Under the GDPR, you can obtain a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing or object to it by writing to hello@pirnatbrows.com. Deleting your account closes access to your courses. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Slovakia, this is the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic).
