1. Who is selling

Seller: Nadiia Reznichuk, IČO 56 953 291, Slovak Republic (the “Seller”). Contact: hello@pirnatbrows.com.

This offer is the Seller’s proposal to conclude a contract for the supply of digital content (online courses, video lessons, files and materials) presented on the website pirnatbrows.com (the “Site”). By paying for a course, you (the “Buyer”) accept these terms in full.

2. What you are buying

The subject of the contract is the digital content of a course: the video lessons, files and materials whose contents are described on the course page at the time of payment. The course is not taken on the Site: the Buyer downloads the materials or opens them via a link (including in Google Drive) from their personal account.

Access to the account is granted to the email address provided at payment. Sign-in is by a link or a code sent to that email address.

Some courses work together with third-party software or services (for example, Claude, ChatGPT, Remotion). The Seller does not sell or provide them: the Buyer obtains them independently under the terms of their licences and, if they are paid, pays for them separately. The device and service requirements are stated on the course page.

3. Payment

Payment is made by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the Stripe payment service. The Seller does not receive or store your card details.

The price is stated on the course page and includes all taxes that the Seller is required to pay. Stripe sends the payment receipt to your email address.

4. Access and immediate supply of the content

The materials become available in the account immediately after successful payment. At payment, the Buyer expressly consents to the immediate supply of the digital content and confirms that they understand that they thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). The voluntary refund terms offered by the Seller are described on the “Refunds” page.

The account and the materials in it are available for as long as the Site operates. We recommend saving the downloaded files on your device.

5. Rights to the materials

The course materials are protected by copyright. The Buyer receives a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for themselves and to create their own works with their help. Reselling, distributing or publishing the materials, or giving third parties access to them, is prohibited. If a course comes with a set of files under a separate licence (for example, LICENSE.md in the archive), that licence also applies.

In the event of a breach, the Seller may close access to the account without a refund.

6. Liability

The Seller is responsible for the materials matching the description on the course page and opening. The Seller is not responsible for the operation, prices and terms of third-party software and services, nor for results that depend on the Buyer’s own efforts.

7. Other provisions

The Seller may change these terms; for courses already paid for, the terms in force at the time of payment apply. The contract is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic; this does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by the law of their country of residence.
