FAQ
How do I buy a course?
Open the course page and click “Buy”. Pay by Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay on a secure Stripe page. We never see or store your card details.
What language is the course in?
The lessons and materials are in Ukrainian.
How do I get the course after paying?
Right after payment, an email with a link and a code to sign in to your account arrives at the address you used at checkout. Your account has all the course lessons and materials: download them or open them in Google Drive.
Can I watch the lessons offline?
Yes. You download the lessons and materials, so they stay on your device. And you can come back to your account at any time and download everything again.
Do I need to register or create a password?
No. Your account is created automatically after payment, and you sign in with the link or code from the email.
What if the email doesn’t arrive?
Check your Spam and Promotions folders. If there’s still no email after 15 minutes, write to hello@pirnatbrows.com and we’ll send you access manually.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: within 14 days of payment if you haven’t downloaded the course materials yet, or at any time if the files won’t open and we couldn’t fix it. Details are on the “Refunds” page.
